Meeting Space Features. Our Boardroom
offers 252 square feet (21’ x 12’) of private and comfortable space for up to 10
guests. With wireless Internet access and space for audio/visual equipment, we provide
a more than liberal and functional area to conduct business. We also provide complimentary
tea, coffee, and water as well as a microwave and refrigerator. We will also assist
in arranging for catering from pastries, boxed lunches, or something designed specifically
for your clients or staff from our local eateries.
The Meeting Room offers 625 square feet (25’x 25’) of space that can be set in the
way that is best suited to your meeting, event, or conference. When fully opened,
it can hold up to 60 people in a theater-style setting. It can also be divided with
a sound-proof partition. It can be arranged in a variety of ways.
- Theater-style: Full Room- up to 60 people, With Partition-up to 30 people
- Classroom-style: Full Room-up to 40 people, With Partition-up to 20 people
- U-Shape: Full Room capacity only-up to 25 people
- Banquet –style: Full Room capacity only-35 to 60 depending on set-up
